FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions)

How do you deliver and how much is the delivery fee?

We deliver via Lalamove or GrabExpress, with fees charged according to the service provider’s rates. Enjoy free delivery for orders above RM230 within a 15km radius of Puchong Jaya.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your order daily between 3PM – 5PM at our warehouse in Puchong.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link from our delivery partner will be sent to you once payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeline

Cut off time daily 12noon. Order after 12noon will be delivered within the same day or the next day subject to stock availability.
